Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for oversight and direction of set-up operational department including its manufacturing process, functional deliverables, Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and documents.
∎ Responsible for oversight and direction of production supervisors of the manufacturing area and Engineering departments (Mechanical & Electrical), establishing consistent goals for quality, efficiency, and best utilization of resources
∎ Coordinate activities between production, quality, engineering, process, and maintenance as it relates to daily activities to meet quality, efficiency.
∎ Coordinate all activities relating to handling of material from receipt of raw material to the production of finished goods, including shipping/delivering of finished goods.
∎ Plan and manage the optimal use of production space taking also into consideration
∎ Selection of material, supplier, and sub-contractor with approval from concern management
∎ Oversee the occupational health and safety issues including fire safety, health & hygiene, cleanliness at the plant, and ensure compliance of all policies related to that.
∎ Manage and provide solutions to operational problems to improve operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction through correction (if any).
∎ Advise Plant HR & Admin on assigning work and responsibility to mechanics, supervisor, storekeeper, workers, and sub-contractors and manage all regulatory permission/licensing based on the requirement.
∎ Coordinate with Plants accounts on managing and controlling operational costs and increasing efficiency.
∎ Manage smartly store an inventory of all procured items with optimum shelf-life and ensure smooth logistical support for product delivery.
∎ Always works on waste minimization (%) and ensures minimal remedial work.
∎ Manage and control a fleet of logistic vehicles under-delivery section
∎ Attend site meetings or liaison with the client to adhere to schedule and quality.
∎ Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years (s) of experience in the pre-casting piling industry.
∎ Demonstrated command of complex sourcing, negotiating, and commodity strategies
∎ Strong people management abilities with superior communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto CAD
∎ Strong leadership, initiative, and planning skills.
∎ Critical thinker, with excellent analytic abilities
∎ High sense of urgency and good attention to detail
