• Legal Knowledge: Proficiency in Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
• Audit Experience: Proven track record in handling RSC/Nirapon inspections and international social audits.

Responsibilities & Context:
• Safety Management: Develop, implement, and monitor fire safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure the factory/facility remains 100% compliant with Nirapon and RSC (RMG Sustainability Council) standards.
• Inspections: Conduct regular fire, electrical, and structural safety inspections and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
• Maintenance: Supervise the maintenance of fire detection and protection systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Extinguishers).
• Safety & Technical: Oversee all Fire, Electrical, and Building safety. Ensure the facility meets Nirapon and RSC technical standards.
• Compliance Audits: Lead and prepare the factory for Social Compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, SLCP) and specific Buyer Audits.
• Documentation: Maintain all compliance-related registers, including EHS files, legal licenses, and training records.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce factory policies regarding labor rights, health and safety, and environmental protection.
• Corrective Actions: Manage the CAP (Corrective Action Plan) for both safety and social compliance issues, ensuring timely closure of findings.
