Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of headwear fabrics (twill, mesh, acrylic), embroidery techniques, and cap structuring.

Communication: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) for buyer communication.

1. Order Management: Execute and monitor the entire merchandising process from inquiry to shipment for headwear orders.

2. Costing & Negotiation: Prepare accurate consumption and costing sheets for caps/headwear. Negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers.

3. Sourcing: Source high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories (buckles, visors, sweatbands) specifically required for headwear.

4. Sample Development: Coordinate with the sample room to ensure proto-samples, fit-samples, and salesman samples (SMS) are developed accurately and sent to buyers on time.

5. Production Follow-up: Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure the headwear meets buyer specifications and delivery deadlines.

6. T&A Management: Maintain and update the Time & Action (T&A) calendar daily to identify and mitigate potential shipment delays.

7. Buyer Relationship: Handle day-to-day correspondence with international buyers, ensuring professional and timely responses to all queries.
