Category Responsibility Context Documentation LC, PI, CI, BL, Packing List Ensuring error-free trade instruments Financial LC Opening, Amendments, Realization Managing bank-to-bank payment security Logistics Customs Clearance & Shipment Tracking Minimizing lead times and demurrage Compliance Bond, VAT, and Customs Records Ensuring legal and regulatory adherence Coordination Buyer, Supplier, Bank, and Forwarder Liaison Maintaining supply chain communication Analysis Costing, Pricing, and Payment Schedules Protecting margins and financial health Internal Support Merchandising & Production Data Aligning commercial status with production.
