Responsibilities & Context:
  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in conducting new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits and welfare programs.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, employee recognition programs, and training sessions.
  • Stay updated with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of HR initiatives.
