2/3 years' Experience as a RQS officer.
Proficiency in oral and written communication both in Bengali & English.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Problem solving skill for buyer order.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in maintaining the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Manage, organize, and update official records and documents.
Ensure proper version control and secure storage of documents.
Support internal and external audits.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements.
Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures.
Promote quality awareness across departments.
Track quality metrics and prepare reports.
Analyze trends to support decision-making.
