• Age At least 30 years

• Experience in handling supplier coordination, production planning, and inventory management processes.

• Prior experience in new product development and operational execution will be considered an advantage.

• Strong expertise in end-to-end product operations, including supplier management, production planning, and new product development.

• Sound knowledge of quality assurance, inventory management and BOM (Bill of Materials) control.

• Proficient in process optimization, cost control, and operational efficiency improvement initiatives.

• Good understanding of compliance requirements for local and export market operations.

• Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, supply chain, finance and warehouse operations.

• Support end-to-end operational processes from supplier sourcing to warehouse delivery.

• Coordinate with Marketing for product launches, promotional activities, and customer feedback follow-up.

• Assist in ensuring product specifications, costing, and delivery timelines are aligned with business objectives.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding production schedules, manufacturing capacity, product quality, and delivery timelines.

• Support product trial runs and assist in ensuring smooth execution of mass production activities.

• Monitor product quality through inspections, testing procedures, and follow-up corrective actions when required.

• Assist in analyzing market return products and support implementation of improvement initiatives.

• Support new product development activities from sourcing to market delivery under management supervision.

• Monitor BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy, material availability, and inventory coordination activities.

• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, finance, sales, and other internal teams for smooth operational execution.

• Follow up on production progress and proactively address operational delays or issues.

• Maintain operational records, supplier documents, product specifications, and compliance-related documentation.

• Support compliance requirements for local and export market operations.

• Assist in supplier performance monitoring and evaluation based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

• Identify operational improvement opportunities and support implementation of process enhancement initiatives.

• Prepare operational reports, inventory updates, supplier status reports, and management summaries as required.
