∎ Masters degree in any discipline in Graduation or Post Graduation in Production Engineering, Textile Engineering or Business Administration
∎ Graduation or Post Graduation in Production Engineering, Textile Engineering or Business Administration or any other filed
∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, All kinds of Garments (KnitWovenSweater), Any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory., Computer Operator, dyeing and printing, Knitting Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 4 years experience in same position, Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Apparel Manufacturing Process, Apparel merchandising, Garments Textile, Group of Companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to work with buyers and suppliers confidently.
∎ Capable in understanding buyers sketch and diagram to develop new styles smoothly.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about technical points.
∎ Should have knowledge on payment / L/C terms as well as export-import procedure. Working procedure of an order from development to shipment.
∎ Follow up the fabric quality & test parameter by inspection according to buyer's requirement Search & evaluate new & prospective suppliers.
∎ Maintain L/C Documentation and Shipping.
∎ Fabrics and trims purchasing procedure.
∎ Lead time of fabrics and accessories production, issue PO for procurement.
∎ Sample follow up closely with sample section as well as sample fabrics & trims with supplier, track approval process as per T&A to ensure material in-house on timely manner.
∎ Various washing process.
∎ Sketch and diagram to develop correct sample.
∎ Trims Price biotechnological issues.
∎ Print, Embroidery and other value-added works.
∎ Have to follow up sampling, production, shipment and hand over goods to forwarder.
∎ Have to report day to day status of orders to buyer, Proper follow up on accessories and Fabric.
∎ Collect all required things to make a sample.
∎ Send sample to buying office for approval.
∎ Good communication with commercial department and suppliers for materials bring.
∎ Monthly buyer wise shipment Planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Textile Industry, preferably in knit/woven/sweater.
∎ Good organizational and communication skills, including good writing strengths in English.
∎ Ability to communicate to all business stakeholders, up to top management level.
