We are seeking an experienced and proactive Merchandiser/Sr. Merchandiser – Merchandising to oversee product development and order execution for our sweater division. The ideal candidate will manage the full merchandising cycle — from design development and costing to production follow-up and shipment — ensuring efficiency, quality, and buyer satisfaction.

• Manage the product development process, including sampling, costing, and design coordination with buyers and internal teams.

• Oversee the execution of sweater orders, ensuring on-time production, quality, and shipment.

• Coordinate closely with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to align product requirements and delivery schedules.

• Handle costing, pricing, and order negotiation with buyers and buying houses.

• Source and follow up on yarns, trims, and accessories with local and international suppliers.

• Supervise and guide a team of merchandisers to ensure smooth workflow and timely approvals.

• Monitor production progress, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate order tracking, reports, and communication with management and buyers.
