GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Deputy Manager/Manager (Marketing) - All Over Printing & Placement Printing" Department for Factory unit located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyers.

• Acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing client base.

• Capable of coordinating with a production team in order to deliver an on-time shipment of orders.

• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims and accessories.

• Capable of preparing costing sheets and pricing of knit garments.

• Sales forecasting, Marketing analysis and searching new markets & buyers to boost up business.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales revenue.

• Demonstrate strong tactical negotiation skills with buyers.

• Product development, Trend analysis, Fashion forecasting and Sustainable material sourcing according to the buyer and company requirements.

• Development strong relationships with buyers, suppliers and production units to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

• Define and implement an efficient, cost-effective sourcing process.

• Improve the department’s gross profit through effective fabrics sourcing, sharp cost negotiation, offering cost-cutting solutions, improving on-time delivery and ensuring the quality of products.
