Preference: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or MBA (major in Marketing).

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in fabric sales and marketing.

• Strong network and connections with local apparel brand offices, buying houses, and garment factories.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of fabric types, qualities, and garment production procedures.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client orders/styles independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Business Development: Identify new buyers, fashion houses, and garment manufacturers to generate new orders and expand market reach.
• Product Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our fabric collections (woven/knit/sweater yarn and synthetic).
• Sampling & Follow-up: Coordinate sample development, lab dips, and bulk production with factories/mills to ensure client requirements are strictly met.
• Client Relations: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients; provide excellent after-sales service.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to advise the management on new product opportunities.
• Sales Targets: Prepare regular marketing reports and successfully achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
