Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in fabric sales and marketing.
Strong network and connections with local apparel brand offices, buying houses, and garment factories.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of fabric types, qualities, and garment production procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client orders/styles independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Business Development: Identify new buyers, fashion houses, and garment manufacturers to generate new orders and expand market reach.
Product Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our fabric collections (woven/knit/sweater yarn and synthetic).
Sampling & Follow-up: Coordinate sample development, lab dips, and bulk production with factories/mills to ensure client requirements are strictly met.
Client Relations: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients; provide excellent after-sales service.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to advise the management on new product opportunities.
Sales Targets: Prepare regular marketing reports and successfully achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
