We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager in the field of HR & Compliance in Garments Industry.
Developing and implementing HR & Compliance strategies in line with the Business Plan, Labor Law, Buyers' COC, Industry standards, etc.
Prepare and update policy / procedure / SOP for HR & Compliance.
Handling factory recruitment procedure, joining, confirmation, promotion, transfer, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave management, training & development, disciplinary actions, employee relations, grievance handling, etc.
Leading the compliance team about the CAPs of different audits and ensuring smooth rectification.
Coordinate all Compliance/Security audits such as (WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, Better Work, C-TPAT/SCAN, GMP, FCCA, Nirapon, Higg, GOTS, OCS, RCS, etc.)
Maintain all certificates and licenses of the factory.
Monitor Salary & Wages Administration.
Prepare CAP against first-party and third-party audits.
Monitor/Supervise organizational Environment, Health and Safety, Security, Fire, and worker grievance issues through the internal audit as per the in-house Compliance Checklist.
Ensure and maintain all compliance-related issues, buyer's COC, and legal requirements.
Ensure register, compliance policies, and procedures as per Bangladesh Labor Law & Clients requirements.
Check all data, records, format, statement, rack, file, and register of all departments which should be properly prepared, issued updated, and maintained as per compliance requirements/standards.
Prepare meeting and training schedules and provide different training (induction, motivation, work-related, security, and EHS) to workers and mid-level management.
Ensure and verify social compliance standards in the factory.Always follow the instructions of management & do any duties as assigned by the same.
Follow up & and monitor the floor monitoring sheet by taking feedback from respective personnel.
If required then give instructions for smooth rectification.
Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
