Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field.12-18 years of experience in the RMG industry, with strong exposure to Quality Assurance and Product Technical functions; at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.In-depth understanding of buyer compliance, technical standards, and multi-product categories (Knit, Woven and Denim).Strong expertise in quality systems, AQL standards, garment construction, product development and end-to-end manufacturing processes.Solid experience in technical operations including sample development, costing, feasibility analysis, and industrial engineering (IE).Proven track record in leading technical audits, reducing DHU, improving right-first-time performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Demonstrated leadership in managing large cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a data-driven approach.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct buyer interaction.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and develop the full quality team across all 30 lines, including inline, end-line, finishing, and audit QC personnel.

  • Design and implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with buyer manuals and international standards.

  • Establish and enforce SOPs for fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing quality checkpoints.

  • Drive measurable reductions in defect rates and DHU, and improve Right-First-Time (RFT) output across all lines.

  • Manage all buyer audits, third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, etc.), and ensure zero critical non-conformances.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Maintain and renew factory certifications (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, OEKO-TEX, GOTS) as required by buyers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, IE, Merchandising, HR, and Compliance departments.

  • Present quality performance reports, KPIs, and improvement roadmaps to senior management regularly.

  • Represent the factory in buyer meetings, technical reviews, and quality negotiations.

  • Build a factory-wide culture of quality ownership at every level of the workforce.
