Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts operations of the company.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and management reports.
Ensure proper budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial analysis.
Monitor cash flow, banking, LC, and treasury management activities.
Maintain compliance with VAT, Tax, Audit, RJSC, and other regulatory requirements.
Handle internal and external audits independently.
Develop and implement strong financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Analyze production costing, CM analysis, and operational financial performance.
Coordinate with commercial, merchandising, HR, and management teams for financial planning and operational support.
Ensure timely salary, vendor, utility, and other payments.
Lead ERP/accounting software operations and financial data management.
Provide strategic financial recommendations to top management.
Build and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.
