Responsibilities & Context:
Implement IE culture in the organization, identify & solve the bottleneck of the process, and for continuous improvement.
Design and monitor line layouts; minimize changeover time during style or article changes.
Conduct article and operation analysis; prepare SMV and operation bulletins.
Ensure optimum utilization of Man, Machine, and Materials (3M).
Prepare manpower budgeting and fix production targets based on efficiency.
Increase daily production through line balancing and productivity improvement initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and KPI reports.
Identify, record, and reduce non-productive time (NPT).
Support worker recruitment through skill tests and proper placement.
Perform cost calculations and support cost reduction initiatives.
Identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Reduce factory overhead costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
Productivity increases through work study, time study & method study.
Implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.
