Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise all bond-related operations, including banking coordination, in-bond and ex-bond procedures, bond license audit, Utilization Declaration (UD) and capacity expansion initiatives.
Manage and supervise all Incentive-related operations.
Manage and supervise the board of Investment and textile directorate.
Manage all commercial activities, including LC (Letter of Credit), export documentation, and import clearances.
Coordinate with banks, customs, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
Act as the key liaison between buyers and internal departments (production, finance, compliance)·
Negotiate terms of LC/Purchase Contracts/Sales Contract/BTB LC with buyers and suppliers.
Manage cost optimization in logistics, import duties, and procurement.
Ensure all export-import documentation complies with legal and buyer standards.
Prepare periodic reports on commercial operations, shipments, and risks.
