• Manage and supervise all bond-related operations, including banking coordination, in-bond and ex-bond procedures, bond license audit, Utilization Declaration (UD) and capacity expansion initiatives.

• Manage and supervise all Incentive-related operations.

• Manage and supervise the board of Investment and textile directorate.

• Manage all commercial activities, including LC (Letter of Credit), export documentation, and import clearances.

• Coordinate with banks, customs, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.

• Act as the key liaison between buyers and internal departments (production, finance, compliance)·

• Negotiate terms of LC/Purchase Contracts/Sales Contract/BTB LC with buyers and suppliers.

• Manage cost optimization in logistics, import duties, and procurement.

• Ensure all export-import documentation complies with legal and buyer standards.

• Prepare periodic reports on commercial operations, shipments, and risks.
