• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with the TNA.

• Monitor workflow to balance efficiency and quality.

• Manage and control manpower allocation as per compliance standards. Handle large manpower on production floor.

• Supervise floor operations to ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements.

• Train operators and workers on best practices in dyeing and finishing.

• Process develop of dyeing to achieve higher productivity and better-quality output.

• Identify bottlenecks in the dyeing process and implement corrective actions.

• Minimize process loss, dyeing cost, wastage and cycle time through continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with the QAD (Quality Assurance Department) to ensure timely fabric delivery.

• Check dyeing unload shades and take corrective steps to achieve shade accuracy.

• Work with the lab and operation head for precise color selection.

• Implement measures to achieve Right First Time (RFT) dyeing results.

• Provide finish parameters and verify shade consistency after finishing.

• Introduce innovative techniques to improve shade matching and reproducibility.

• Take proactive steps to minimize dyeing problems such as uneven shades, patchiness, or fastness issues.

• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

• Reduce reprocessing and wastage through effective monitoring.

• Maintain regular discussions with production heads, labs, and QA teams.

• Report production status, challenges, and improvements to senior management.
