• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computing & Information System

Certifications in Networking/Server/Security will get preference

• At least 5 years

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall IT infrastructure of factory office.

• Maintain ERP, software, server, network, and database systems

• Ensure cybersecurity, data backup, and system security

• Supervise CCTV, access control, attendance, and hardware systems

• Provide technical support to all departments

• Monitor LAN/WAN, internet, firewall, and email systems

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware solutions

• Prepare MIS and IT-related reports for management

• Lead IT team and ensure smooth daily operations

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in CSE / ICT / EEE or relevant discipline

• Certifications in Networking/Server/Security will get preference

Experience Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in IT operations

• Experience in Textile/Spinning/Manufacturing industry preferred

• Strong knowledge of ERP, Windows Server, Networking, Mikrotik/Cisco, SQL Database

• Ability to work under pressure

• Problem-solving and analytical capability

• Good command of Bangla and English
