Experience:

• 4 to 5 years

• Diploma in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

• Be aware of the targets and monitor progress towards achieving them as instructed by the production department.

• Maintain an understanding of Relative Humidity (RH) and room temperature and monitor these parameters on an hourly basis.

• In the event of a machine stoppage due to electrical or mechanical breakdowns or power house failures immediately inform the Shift In-charge. Record the incident in the stoppage logbook and summon the relevant personnel to attend to the machine.

•  Stay informed about the raw cotton currently in use, as well as details regarding the lot, count and processing stage.

• Maintain an understanding of the machine-wise manpower setup and assign specific duties to individuals based on the machines.

• Understand and implement the designated cleaning procedures for each section and machine.

• Check the mixed bales for any contaminants.

• Ensure the continuous operation of the contaminant separator at the lay-down area.

• Be familiar with the cleaning points of all machines across sections from the blow room to the finishing stage and ensure they are cleaned.

•  Properly monitor whether the quality of the yarn is being compromised for any reason and to take remedial measures.

• Ensures the floor compliance with safety regulations maintains a clean and hygienic working environment and strictly follows industry standards.
