Job Overview

Saiham Group is looking for dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager – Supply Chain professionals to support and manage end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidates must have strong experience in procurement, inventory coordination, supplier management, logistics planning, and ensuring smooth material flow across units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including purchase, sourcing, logistics, and inventory control.

• Handle procurement of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables as per production requirements.

• Develop and maintain supplier database; evaluate vendor performance.

• Coordinate with production, store, and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions.

• Ensure accurate documentation, GRN, MRR, and system updates (ERP).

• Negotiate pricing, lead time, and contract terms with suppliers.

• Track inbound/outbound logistics and resolve delivery-related issues.

• Prepare supply chain reports and present to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain standards.
