Job Overview
Saiham Group is looking for dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager – Supply Chain professionals to support and manage end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidates must have strong experience in procurement, inventory coordination, supplier management, logistics planning, and ensuring smooth material flow across units.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including purchase, sourcing, logistics, and inventory control.
Handle procurement of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables as per production requirements.
Develop and maintain supplier database; evaluate vendor performance.
Coordinate with production, store, and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions.
Ensure accurate documentation, GRN, MRR, and system updates (ERP).
Negotiate pricing, lead time, and contract terms with suppliers.
Track inbound/outbound logistics and resolve delivery-related issues.
Prepare supply chain reports and present to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain standards.
