• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Bachelor of Textile Engineering

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Lead and manage the end-to-end merchandising process for knit garment products, from product development and sampling to final shipment.

• Coordinate closely with buyers, suppliers and production teams to ensure clear communication and timely, cost-effective execution of orders.

• Monitor production schedules and perform rigorous follow-ups to ensure all orders meet their deadlines and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (design, production, quality control) to maintain high product quality and resolve any issues promptly.

• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors on materials, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.

• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend new product ideas, improvements, or strategic adjustments in the merchandising plan.

• Prepare regular reports on order status, inventory levels, and sales performance for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Mentor and develop junior merchandising staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning within the department.
