• GSD Practitioner License from Coats.

• Good understanding of sewing operations, machine types, and attachments.

• In-depth knowledge of GSD methodology and SMV calculation.

• Excellent planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with production and IE teams.

• Possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & GSD Cost V5 system.

• Fluency in English is considered as an added advantage.

• Experience in training and capability building, preferably delivered in Bangla.

He is responsible for delivering GSD (General Sewing Data) training in Bangla to local management and employees, ensuring the effective implementation of GSD practices on the sewing floor. This role plays a key part in developing capability in human motion identification within sewing and packing operations, and in driving method standardization to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Conduct GSD (General Sewing Data) training sessions in Bangla for local management and employees.

• Develop and translate training materials, manuals, and SOPs to ensure clear and effective understanding among local employees.

• Support the implementation of GSD on the sewing floor by ensuring accurate method analysis, SMV calculations, and operation standardization.

• Work closely with the IE team to analyze operations and validate GSD codes, machine and attachment usage.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to GSD methods during bulk production.

• Conduct periodic audits on GSD implementation and provide feedback and corrective action plans.

• Provide support in preparing operation breakdowns and method improvements based on GSD analysis.

• Coordinate with production and training teams to ensure smooth integration of GSD practices.

• Prepare reports and dashboards to track training coverage, floor implementation progress, and improvement results.
