• Assuring the Product Quality standard as per the existing Buyers' requirement throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitoring overall Quality Control team and ensuring functionality of the entire team in every process.
• Ensuring fabrics and other raw materials quality by proper monitoring during production.
• Ensuring the production standard of printing, embroidery etc. as per the requirement of the Buyers'.
• Ensuring proper implementation of Quality Assurance SOP including implementing new ideas, SOPs or Technics to help improve the overall Quality Standard.
• Correspondence with the buyers for any approval, approval issue, technical issue or any other issue. 
• In order to maintain highest quality of garment, always aim in implementing latest technologies and ensure minimizing DHU less than 1% in cutting, swing and garment finishing.
• Work with production team to develop process flow and assist in trouble shooting any issues.
• Ensuring all pre-cutting quality assurance activities.
• Implementation of various types of inspections for quality standards and ensuring that all technical specifications are properly followed.
• Ensuring all the process of quality control, starting from the start of the style lay out time.
• Ensuring execution of PP meeting as per style and order.
• Checking the pattern for correct quality before giving permission for trial cutting.
• Ensuring execution of pre-final and final inspection.
• Working closely with the merchandising team and coordinating with the buyers.
• Follow up all types of garments test as per the requirement of the buyer.
• Follow up of quality system of daily production and report to Management.
• Ensuring testing the trial quantity output and giving performance report as per the requirement of the buyers.
• The quality of initial finishing garments to be checked to ensure the approval of subsequent finishing garments.
• Must be proficient in supervising and ensuring overall QC work of cutting, swinging and finishing of floors.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by the Management.
