Responsibilities & Context:
Must have experience working with fastreact planning software for at least 5 year
Develop and execute effective production planning strategies
Monitor order status and coordinate regularly with Merchandising & Marketing for planning updates
Maintain strong coordination between Merchandising, Production, and Planning teams
Ensure accurate capacity planning for optimal resource utilization and cost reduction
Monitor daily production status and compare with plan; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions when deviations occur
Ensure smooth workflow and on-time shipment through close coordination with operational teams
Review production plans based on capacity, manpower, and machine efficiency
Analyze production performance and prepare operational reports for management
Perform any other duties assigned by management
