Job Responsibilities
Handle legal affairs related to factory operations
Draft, review, and vet agreements, notices, and legal documents
Liaise with lawyers, government offices, and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with labor law, company law, and other applicable regulations
Support management in legal and disciplinary matters
Maintain and update legal records and documentation
