∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Experience in Knit Garments Manufacturing Processes, Yarn Dyeing, Knitting, Dyeing and Finishing, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing etc.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Able to contribute to improve quality with problem solving ability.
∎ Good Team spirit Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be fluent in both written and verbal in English.
∎ Must have computer skills and comfortable with mobile emailing.
∎ Expertise in quality metrics, testing strategies, and automation tools.
∎ Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization·
∎ Minimum 06 years of working experience in a leadership position in a reputed RMG Industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the finishing department.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage the finishing team, including supervisors and operators.
∎ Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the finishing team.
∎ Manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of labor resources.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits of finished garments.
∎ Conducts floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
∎ Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
∎ Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
∎ Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Conduct regular safety audits and training for the finishing team.
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
∎ Lead initiatives for cost reduction and waste minimization.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Manager of Manufacturing.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Dept.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, GPQ & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
