Experience:

• 4 to 5 years

• Strong knowledge of CAD systems (e.g., TUKA, Gerber, Lectra, or similar)

• Good understanding of pattern making, grading, and marker planning

• Hands-on experience in sample quality control and evaluation

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements, and fitting

• Ability to identify defects and recommend corrective actions

• Basic understanding of fabric behavior and consumption

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Executive (CAD/Sample) to ensure accuracy in CAD patterns and maintain high-quality standards in sample development. This role will work closely with pattern, CAD, merchandising, and sample teams to ensure all developments meet buyer requirements and are ready for smooth production execution.

• Review and validate CAD patterns, grading, and marker planning for accuracy and efficiency

• Ensure pattern specifications align with buyer tech packs and measurement charts

• Monitor quality of all development samples (Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, etc.)

• Conduct sample inspections focusing on measurement, construction, and workmanship

• Identify discrepancies in CAD and samples, and provide corrective actions

• Ensure proper fabric utilization through efficient marker planning

• Coordinate with pattern masters, CAD operators, and sample teams for corrections and improvements

• Conduct sample fittings and provide technical feedback for pattern adjustments

• Maintain detailed records of quality checks, approvals, and revisions

• Ensure timely submission of samples as per buyer deadlines

• Follow up on buyer comments and ensure all corrections are properly implemented

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and merchandising regarding quality issues
