Job Responsibilities (Technician – Sewing):
Install, set up, and calibrate industrial sewing machines (lockstitch, overlock, flatlock)
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in sewing machines
Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, oiling, parts replacement)
Ensure machines run efficiently to meet production targets
Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
Support operators with machine settings and technical guidance
Maintain spare parts inventory and service records
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with maintenance standards
