• Take responsibility for quality performance of assigned production lines

• Ensure proper execution of inline and end-line inspections

• Monitor critical operations and proactively prevent defects

• Ensure garments are produced as per approved samples, measurements, and buyer standards

• Identify recurring defects, take immediate corrective action, and escalate major issues to QA Executives

• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Guide QA Officers and Assistant QA staff to ensure proper inspection coverage and discipline

• Provide on-the-job coaching to improve defect identification and quality awareness

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality procedures, and buyer requirements on the production floor

• Verify line readiness including PP samples, trims, and fabric before and during production

• Coordinate with Production, IE, and Finishing teams for quick resolution of quality issues

• Maintain accurate daily reports, defect tracking, and line-wise quality data

• Provide reliable data and updates to QA Executives for decision-making

• Support buyer inspections and internal audits as required
