Role Overview:
Third Party Inspectors-
As an Inspector, you are responsible for ensuring that all garments meet required quality standards before shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inline and final inspections (AQL standard)
Monitor production quality and identify risks early
Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and standards
Prepare clear and detailed inspection reports
Communicate findings with factories and internal teams
Follow up on corrective actions

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in garment inspection
Strong knowledge of AQL standards
Experience with woven, knit, and denim products
Good communication skills in English
Detail-oriented and hands-on

Inspection Team Leader:
As Team Leader, you will manage and guide the inspection team while maintaining high quality standards across all orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise inspectors
Plan and allocate inspection schedules efficiently
Ensure consistent application of AQL and client standards
Act as main point of contact for quality issues
Support problem-solving at factory level
Report directly to management on quality performance
Drive continuous improvement in inspection processes
Requirements

For Team Leader Minimum 7–10 years of experience in garment quality/inspection
Proven leadership experience
Strong technical knowledge across product categories
Ability to manage multiple factories and priorities
Strong reporting and communication skills

Special requirement: Expericed from SGS , beareau veritas , TUV,UL and reputed inspection company will get preference.
