Responsibilities & Context:
Overseeing recruitment and organizing necessary training programs.
Ensuring compliance with buyer requirements and relevant standards.
Implementing and monitoring buyer codes of conduct.
Maintain and update assessment of Labor Law -2006 & Labor Rules-2015.
Developing and executing sustainable Corrective Action Plans (CAP) in collaboration with factories.
Provide weekly CAP development status to top Management.
Develop feasible and sustainable Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with factories.
Managing quality, environmental, and safety standards across operations.
Maintaining communication with all government/compliance related organization.
Supervise the HR, Admin & Compliance team for all kinds of documents & how to develop it.
Responsible for total compliance issues about Bangladesh Labor Law & International Buyer’s requirements.
Facing the entire compliance related Government & Buyer’s audit.
Recommend improvements to existing compliance processes to ensure efficiency, reduce risk, and improve overall organizational compliance.
