Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Applicant must have experience working with foreign buyer’s web portals, uploading data according to the buyer’s guideline.
∎ To study & process Master L/C from buyer and check with banking terms, clauses and time frames for export back-to-back L/C within the time & value confirming the total requirement to execute the order.
∎ Coordinate with marketing & Merchandising Department for shipment schedule, PO sheet collection for smooth export execution.
∎ To arrange the P/I, commercial invoice, packing list, BL and related document for import, execute export and submit or dispatch documents to back to make payment or realization of export proceeds·
∎ Monitor the terms, conditions, mode, date, value, unit price, clauses and other Pointe of master L/C, BB L/C to safe guard the document from buyer and to supplier for smooth operation of the company’s business.
∎ Check and follow up the payment receivable, payable and make necessary communication on any delay, deviation and difference.
∎ Keep updated and implement changes of any clause, terms and condition reviewed, ordinate & circulated from Bangladesh bank, schedule banks, customs, NBR, EPB, BGMEA/BKMEA/Shipping Ministry/C&F association/shipping Agent’s/Airlines/ International commercial & custom regulatory bodies/EEU/GSP/Quota/Special facility like duty free etc. are all to be cared & monitored.
∎ Required vat knowledge in export rules, customs and banking rules and regulations local and international L/C and necessary commercial documents.
∎ To properly handle C & F agents, forwarders, shipping lines, Buying House, purchase, Transport Agents and other export organizations.
∎ Follow-up payment status and release the payment from bank and record data accordingly.
∎ Must have clear concept on Sales Contract, Purchase Contract Export L/C, BTB L/C etc.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by Management.
