∎ B. Sc in Animal Husbandry/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Food Technology from reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Milk and Milk based processed food production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling overall operations of milk processing plant.
∎ Review & develop process, policy and strategy of production systems.
∎ Handling total production operation with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Develop and lead the team in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
∎ Dealing with Health and Safety, Food Safety compliance, Quality Standards, Environmental policy and Regulatory Compliance.
∎ Preparing layout plan, production planning, manpower planning, etc.
∎ Trouble shooting.
∎ Ensure products and services meet all quality standards and are within Government Food Safety compliance.
∎ Development and implementation of production and inventory control systems and procedures.
∎ Review data and maintain policies for finished goods and unfinished ingredients.
∎ Handling HR, admin and compliance.
∎ Train up the subordinates.
∎ Handling Quality Control & Inventory Management.
∎ Dealing with regulatory documents.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Any other relevant assignments required by the superior/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 46 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, net browsing, etc.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication skill
