∎ B.Sc in Animal Husbandry / DVM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Milk and Milk based processed food production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop SOP for chilling center.
∎ Achieve Company Milk collection target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Explore new and own territory and plan new milk collection points.
∎ Develop new farmers to maximize milk collection. Motivate prospective farmers for establishing new farms.
∎ Regularly visit existing milk suppling farm & chilling centers and submit performance report.
∎ Maintain close relationship with farmers, milk suppliers, DVM's.
∎ Mentoring team members in achieving regular target and standard.
∎ Prepare, update and submit reports using appropriate means.
∎ Supervise overall activities of all chilling centers within the area and provide direction
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the area.
∎ Any other relevant assignments required by the superior/ management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, net browsing, etc.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Willing to visit chilling center at various locations.
Salary:
