∎ BSc. Engineers (Mechanical), having minimum 10 years of experience to work in Maintenance and Utility department in a reputed knit composite factory(s), out of which minimum 02 years in Managerial position are only encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidates should be capable to lead a professional Maintenance and Utility team effectively & efficiently.
∎ The candidates should have strong personality, proven leadership & trouble shooting skills
∎ The candidates should be self-motivated, hardworking and result oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A renowned Knit Composite Garments Industry is looking for potential candidates for the position of Sr. Manager (Maintenance & Utility) at its factory in Mawna, Gazipur.
∎ The factory is producing 20 tons of gray fabric & 30 tons of finished fabric per day and having 2500 sewing machines.
∎ The selected candidates will lead the maintenance & utility team and will be responsible to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical appliances of the factory independently.
∎ The candidates should have thorough practical knowledge on utility related works and maintenance work of Different modern Textile Machineries (Knitting, Dyeing, Washing etc.), Boilers, Generators etc.
∎ Major Jobs of the position includes the following:
∎ Develop effective plans & procedures to provide effective maintenance and utility related support in the required arenas
∎ Maintain all the equipment/machineries of the factory in proper working condition to ensure optimum production in all segments.
∎ Plan & execute preventive maintenance as per schedule and enforce them among maintenance staff
∎ Evaluate & monitor the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action
∎ Ensure the availability of spares for breakdown & preventive maintenance
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries
∎ Provide utility & maintenance related required support to the compliance team
∎ Impart effective Training to subordinates related to maintenance, safety & related job.
