∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The selected candidate must have knowledge on store keeping in any garment accessories company.
∎ Must good knowledge of computer with inventory soft wary literacy especially in MS Excel and MS Word. Knowledge in ERP software will get preference.
∎ Knowledge in ISO audit will get preference.
∎ Education may be relaxed if have enough Skill & Experience.
∎ Should have Excellent E- mailing communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Garments Store, Overall Store management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience of ware house management software or relevant ERP system.
∎ The candidate should be responsible for entering data & preparing of management reports based on computerized inventory/ERP system.
∎ Supervision of inventory management system at Store.
∎ Stock controlling and keep management informed as and when required.
∎ Responsible to ensure that documentation of incoming stocks are properly received, material inventory recorded and checked with each order /style/merchandisers.
∎ To ensure timely delivery and dispatch, accurately against each order.
∎ Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Improve self and subordinate performance continuously.
∎ To ensure maintaining the store housekeeping.
∎ Manage and maintain accurate receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Maintain operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store and ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Maintain good relation with all departments.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Responsible for any incident of missing or miss placing of products.
∎ Should know how to maintain inventory is in the store.
∎ The store must be kept clean.
∎ Any other task assigns by Management.
