Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100% export based Knit Composite Garments Factory is looking for a highly competent candidate for the position of Sr. Manager/AGM(Compliance).
∎ Job location for the position is at Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Compliance related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ The candidate should have thorough practical knowledge on all Compliance (Social & Environmental) issues , have capacity to manage Buyers Inspection team/ Buying Offices independently & take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyers requirement.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to make the factory complex always fully compliant as per different Buyers requirement.
∎ The candidate should be able to maintain & sustain compliances issues of the factory as per requirement of ACCORD/RSC.
∎ The candidate should have thorough knowledge on compliance certification (SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, GOTS, Oekotex etc.) Issues and compliance related HR documentations.
∎ Candidates should have hands on experience to deal with factory HR related activities.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having minimum 10 years ( 2 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the Compliance issues of export oriented Readymade Knit Garments Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have the capacity to represent company at Buyers end.
∎ Should have proven leadership skills & result oriented
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
∎ Candidates residing Adjacent to Gazipur/Uttara are preferable.
