Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Professional qualification is required i.e., CA CC
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance, Finance/ Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Preparation of monthly financial statement.
∎ • Processing and monitoring of payments and expenditure.
∎ • Preparation and monitoring of the payroll and income tax system employee.
∎ • Managing and controlling of organization finance.
∎ • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations statement.
∎ • Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation statement.
∎ • Ensuring that the cash book and petty cash are updated and Handle on daily basis.
∎ • Ensuring preparation of daily banking.
∎ • Ensure no outstanding against receivables & payable s, duly posted in the software and taken approval from concern authority.
∎ • Preparation of monthly Budget.
∎ • Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ • Should have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Labor rules 2015 and other applicable laws
∎ • Ability to Report Writing and Record-Keeping
∎ • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
∎ • Should have good knowledge in banking/bkash/online banking activities.
∎ • Should have ability to work under pressure
