Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and administer all HR operations, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, attendance management, leave tracking, and employee records management. Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality are of utmost importance.
∎ Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies to safeguard the interests of both the employees and the company.
∎ Collaborate with the finance department to support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement for all employees.
∎ Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and undertake sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
∎ Conduct thorough background checks and verify references to ensure the hiring of qualified and reliable candidates.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals to tap into diverse talent pools effectively.
∎ Assist Senior Management in identifying training needs and arranging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employee skill development.
∎ Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's overall goals.
∎ Play an active role in promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
∎ Act as a point of contact for both employees and management, handling administrative matters efficiently.
∎ Coordinate and organize all ceremonial events and functions to enhance employee engagement and morale.
∎ Provide prompt and accurate guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees, addressing their inquiries effectively.
∎ Prepare comprehensive reports on various HR activities, including staff hiring, training, salary reviews, promotions, increments, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions, for management review.
∎ Manage employee benefits, insurance, and related administrative tasks to ensure employee well-being and satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate facility management, maintenance, and other administrative services as required.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of all files, logistics, and assets of the company, ensuring everything is well-organized and accessible
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
∎ Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with team members at all levels.
∎ Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
∎ Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software.
∎ High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
∎ A proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be reviewed in every 6 month based on performance.
