Education:

  • Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Woven Tops and Bottom, Sherpa Jacket, Hoody Jacket & Multiple Products.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make finishing operation bulletin with standard manpower, productivity & efficiency.

  • Calculate daily finishing productivity, efficiency & target hit rate% report.

  • Monitor and supervise all finishing activities including thread trimming, ironing, stain removal, measurement, folding, tagging, poly packing, carton packing, and final shipment preparation.

  • Ensure daily production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality standards.

  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, Merchandising, Planning, and Warehouse departments for smooth finishing operations.

  • Monitor line balancing, manpower utilization, and machine efficiency to maximize productivity.

  • Ensure inline and final quality compliance before packing and shipment.

  • Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Prepare and maintain daily production, efficiency, rejection, alteration, and shipment reports.

  • Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure on-time order completion.

  • Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, SOPs, and factory quality standards.

  • Maintain proper housekeeping (5S), workplace discipline, and safety standards within the finishing department.

  • Train and guide finishing operators, helpers, and supervisors to improve productivity and quality.

  • Support management in achieving shipment commitments and continuous process improvement.
