Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise analytical work of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods as per the standard testing procedure in time in order to ensure that the results are accurate and useful.
∎ Maintain GLP guideline and good housekeeping in the laboratory followed by 5S rules.
∎ Assure on time release of material & product for smooth production and dispatch with good quality.
∎ Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment’s with external support (if required).
∎ Monitor every stage of manufacturing activities and reduced wastage or defect as a part of quality assurance followed by, cGMP guideline.
∎ Prepare and update all documents i.e., specifications, test methods, standard operating procedure (SOPs) for different tasks and training the workforce accordingly.
∎ Produce reports regarding non-conformance of products or processes, daily production quality, change control, root cause analysis, or quality trends as per QMS guideline.
∎ Understand customer needs and requirements to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes as a part of Total Quality Management (TQM).
∎ Maintain compliance with organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
∎ Advance quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
