We are a leading Trims and Packaging company located in Gazipur, Bangladesh, and we are on the lookout for a passionate and driven IE/IPE Engineer to join our team!

• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean methodologies.
• Identify areas for waste reduction and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Production heads, and IE Manager to create effective monthly production plans.
• Review plans, ensuring optimal capacity, timely shipments, and cost reduction for increased profitability.
• Conduct regular meetings to monitor order status, plan schedules, and allocate production lines efficiently.
• Foster strong relationships with merchandising and production teams for seamless collaboration.
• Manage production planning staff and oversee raw material scheduling to meet production schedules.
• Study and optimize time and motion, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Supervise pre-production activities, maintaining back-to-back feeding to achieve targets without compromising quality.
• Motivate and train workers to consistently meet production targets with uncompromising quality.
