∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM/Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: Labor Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Context:
∎ 100% Export Oriented Woven Industry having currently approx. 2000 manpower which is expanding day by day; Company is accumulating all modern machinery and equipment`s from renowned companies for its better productivity & quality;
∎ Job Location: Hotapar, Monipur, Taltoli, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain employee records (Personal file, leave, attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory
∎ Improve workers and management relationship, communicate with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance
∎ Develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation and confirmation related work
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have experience in HR & Admin
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Garments business
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
∎ Have sound and update knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Good team player & can do attitude.
∎ Should have good skill in both spoken and written English
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
