Job Context:
∎ A reputed export based Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for a competent candidate for the position of Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager (Printing Colour) at its factory located in Gazipur.
∎ The factory is producing 80,000/- pieces ( approx.) knit printed garments in each day.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall activities of Printing Colour Section of the factory independently.
∎ He will have to ensure daily colour making for different buyers as per the set target.
∎ Detail Job Description of the position is as follows:
∎ Lead and manage the team to ensure best output from the printing color section
∎ Perform and follow up all activities/process of color section as per standard SOP
∎ Receive Monthly Color Plan, check Inventory & make chemical indent accordingly
∎ Select chemical as per type of print & Buyer requirement
∎ Develop color making plan as per garments schedule and give maximum effort to obtain the target
∎ Design Analysis & find out difficulties of design & print technique.
∎ Ensure optimum consumption of chemical and cost savings for making color
∎ Make creative recipe & keep in gallery
∎ Keep MSDS, TDS & Certification of all chemical
∎ Keep record of lab test report of every style
∎ Train- up all subordinate about health& safety, chemical handling & hazards symbol.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in Colour Section of Printing department in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which 2-3 years in the advertised position.
∎ Should have Printing Dyes & Chemical Uses related expertise
∎ Should have clear knowledge about all types of chemicals hazards
∎ Should have proven leadership & Planning skills
∎ Should have effective communication & coordination skills
∎ Should be result oriented, hardworking, sincere & ready to work under stress
