Job Context:
∎ Edison Footwear Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and energetic Payroll professional who will be responsible for the overall management of the execution of payroll processes and systems in the organization
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory (Gazipur, Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily attendance reporting through the processing of payroll data.
∎ To update and Manage workers' attendance-related information in the payroll software.
∎ To regularly update leave and overtime-related information in the software.
∎ To do the monthly salary process and submission of the salary budget to the Finance department as per the SOP.
∎ Preparation of analytical reports regarding workers' attendance and benefits.
∎ New worker's profile creation in the payroll software and provide them appointment letters accordingly.
∎ To resolve attendance and salary grievances asap.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have good experience to face any compliance audit independently and have to capable to manage large scale salary data properly.
Salary: Negotiable
