Experience:
Receive new order/BOM from Merchandising Team & Create MR in ERP for purchasing the material.
Check the inventory for materials current stock, Extra stock & aging stock in MCD File to calculate required order quantity for current order.
Place order to supplier as per ordering SOP through mail, Rank 2, Dynamic 365 & supplier`s ordering portal & update ordering status in BOM tracker.
For Local Suppliers, big volume product & size wise product, need to make schedule for delivery plan as per production need & follow-up accordingly.
After getting PI, check & Handover weekly LC schedule to Commercial Team for opening LC.
Confirm materials ETD,ETA & Inhouse update to production planner & business team with on target ETA.
After receiving goods handover lot wise test reports/ Inspection reports to IQC for checking.
Collect inventory report from MCD & IQC report from Quality Team, And share with supplier if find any deviation or quality issues or need to reconcile any goods.
Check with Buyer & production planning team for any supply delay & quality issues from nominated suppliers.
Additionally helping for chemical management, Over inventory & destroy management, sudden floor problem & supervisor assigned any job.
