Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in designing and delivering recruitment & selection process and interventions that support organization objective as per client needs.
∎ Provide support to select the right candidate(s) consultation with clients, including assessment methods and selection procedure.
∎ Conduct the pre-interview and final interview.
∎ Design job advertisement and post to job portal.
∎ Ensure all vacancies and filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
∎ Prepare necessary reports and presentation.
∎ Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
∎ Has very good knowledge on CV Bank, LinkedIn, BD Jobs and other CV source.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Assist to support payroll team for preparing monthly salary sheet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ In Telecommunication and IT sector recruitment experience will be given extra Preference.
∎ 6 days office. ( 9:00am to 6:00pm)
∎ Location: Baridhara, Vatara, CocaCola Road.
Salary: Negotiable
