Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any reputed University. Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical engineering will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect price quotations / Pro-forma Invoice & prepare comparative statement (CS) and get necessary approval from concerned people.
∎ Coordinate with Finance/Accounts department for supplier payment on time.
∎ Supplier development in terms of price, quality and delivery issue
∎ Necessary software updating & monitoring day to day activities
∎ Suppliers performance monitoring & evaluation
∎ Suggest management for sourcing materials ensuring competitive prices with standard quality
∎ Supplier visiting & timely material delivery assurance for plants / factories
∎ Purchase documentation update, process update report to top management
∎ Discussing & resolving various procurement issues
∎ Preparation of contract documents and deal with all the vendors
∎ Develop and maintain vendor scorecards and carryout regular assessment of vendor performance
∎ Maintain records and filling systems as company norms
∎ Perform emergency procurement when required
∎ Reduce cycle time to complete the required materials
∎ Maintain highest standard in submitting procurement cases for approval to the procurement committees as well as top management
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
