∎ BSc Engineering in Textile / Garment manufacturing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dyeing production (Yarn and solid), Planning, Dyes & Chemical cost relating auditing activity.
∎ Dyeing & Finishing production M/C & Batch wise costing analysis and NPT (Non productive time) relating auditing activity.
∎ Dyeing addition, Topping & RFT %, EBQ %( Economic batch quantity), DHU% relating auditing activity.
∎ Dyeing & Finishing Re-process relating auditing activity.
∎ Store (Fabric, Dyes, Chemical & Accessories) inventory verification, calculate Process loss % & order wise excess material consumed.
∎ Analyze efficiency, internal error %, find out the root cause to develop and improve the process.
∎ Must have good knowledge on Textile and garments overall process.
∎ Identify ways to reduce re-process, Addition & topping and increase production & efficiency.
∎ Review different departments operational process, Identify & assess the risk, drawback of operation and report to management.
∎ SMV Calculation, Skill matrix database makes, WIP monitoring in sewing, cutting and finishing.
∎ Must have good knowledge about GSM, Color fastness, Diameter, Shrinkage, spirally, strength, TPT, NPT, Bottle neck point.
∎ Monitoring time, capacity, production study and operators skill.
∎ Analyze time & motion study, Idle man and machine daily basis.
∎ Auditing style / job wise order closing report and calculate process loss.
∎ Order wise pre and post costing check and calculate profitability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill with management.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Work in accordance with the roaster policy (shifting duty) if requires.
∎ Have an experience in Garments, Textile, Spinning Sectors.
∎ Have a sense of urgency.
∎ Excellent persuasion skill.
∎ Should have excellent command in Computer Operation particularly in MS Office.
∎ Good skill in English.
∎ Knowledge of local laws & regulations.
